By chance I got to know of the film "Dark Harbor" with Alan Rickman. whatthefuckbenj had an icon of the film and it made me curious, because on that icon Alan Rickman was hugging another guy. My slash radar went on super alert. So I checked out amazon and couldn't stop myself to buy the film. Today my order arrived. ^-^



So I want to share with you the love that is Alan Rickman and Norman Reedus (who also played in "The Boondock Saints"):

I'm a little disappointed at the moment. As a fan of Alan Rickman I am trying to get my hands on as many of the films he played a role in as possible. To find a list of all his movies is not that difficult, IMDb is a very good source. The problem for me is, I live in Germany. A lot of Alan Rickman's movies aren't available here, some are available only by importing them. Often that's too expensive!

Can anybody tell me, why somebody offers the DVD "Rasputin" (1996) for 119 €? And why does Amazon call this offer a "Preishit" (price hit)? Hell, I can buy three to four cheap dvd players for 119 €!!! I'd buy the German version of the DVD, if the film would not be exclusively in German on it. I want to watch the movie in English! I don't want to listen to some crappy German voice actor! (Alan Rickman's voice is unique! Why can't you understand that?)

And can somebody tell me, why I can't find the German title for the movie "Play" (2000)? I can't imagine that the movie wasn't published in Germany.
Same goes for "The Search for John Gissing" (2001).

Third: Why on earth didn't I hear anything about "Noble Man" (2007) till now? I want to know if the movie will reach German cinemas or if they already played it. :(

Okay, just a short update on the film "Sweeney Todd"! Today I noticed that the official trailer ist out. It's great!

Some time ago I stumbled upon the info that Tim Burton directs a new movie. He said, he wanted to adapt Stephen Sondheim's stage musical "Sweeney Todd", which is about a demon barber. What interested me the most was the rumour of Johnny Depp and Alan Rickman participating in this project. Well, it's been quite a while since I found the news and guess what? I searched today, if some new information was available.
