Today one of my co-workers showed me a video of Bill Maher's show "Real Time". I laughed so hard! I hadn't heard of Bill Maher before and that's kind of odd, because he seems to be well-known. Hm! Anyway, now I'd like to watch "Religulous" and I wonder if this movie ever made it to Germany.

I am really laughing my ass off at the moment. Yesterday I checked a blog about trends in Japan and there was information on some really strange guy: "Hard Gay". It's the name, I don't joke! He calles himself "Hard Gay". He acts like a cliche homosexual, wears latex and leather and uses some crazy phrasings.

Anyway, it's just an image. The guy is not really hard gay, as you can see from the fact that he's married. But I think his idea is brilliant. He created an unique fake personality and entertained the people. And OMG, it's so damn hilarious and funny. ^-^

Some days ago I checked out some old videos I once watched on Youtube. For example the funny trailer of "Dr. Tran" (watch it here or follow the LJ cut at the end of this entry).
I guess the trailer was a promo vid for the dvd, which was published last year. And as Youtube is quiet active and the newest videos can be found there, now that the dvd is out, some episodes from it are online.

There's this one scene with a chicken, which made me rofl. I can watch it again and again and again and again and still laugh about it. The timing of the joke is so brilliant. Also the chicken looks a lot like the turkey "Gobbles" from the South Park episode about the Helen Keller musical.

Another episode is where Dr. Tran is driven to the toy store by the grandma of his friend. The Grandma doesn't have a driver's license. You can guess what happens: She constantly runs over kids on the street. I must warn you though. The clip is nothing for people who don't understand morbid humour. In my opinion the video is funny at the beginning, but at the end it's too much. The situation with the Grandma itself is hilarious and exaggerated, that's why it's amusing. The end is over the edge. The exaggeration becomes a massacre and that's not funny anymore. Anyway, if you want to watch it, go here.

I discovered a wonderful damn hilarious comedy series over Christmas break: Little Britain. I guess it's not the newest show, but well, I don't have tv in my own flat and so I have to use the times at my parent's house to watch it.

Anyway, Little Britain is so brilliant. The best jokes are the ones with Sebastian and the Prime Minister. There's this one scene where the Prime Minister is attacked by the opposition and Sebastian prances into the room while singing "You are beautiful". Muahahaha! I was actually rolling on the floor.

In the last few days I was quite busy with my studies, my job, my voluntary work for a radio station, japanese lessons and of course there are always friends with problems to be solved.

Sounds like a lot of stress and hell it is. In bitter times like these I need things to make me happy and relaxed again. My heating pad works very good for the second part. For the first there are alwasy some funny videos on YouTube. I laughed my ass off as reijamira introduced me to Charlie, the Unicorn. Even better was the SPN parody of it.

But best was a video I found yesterday. Maybe you already know it (it not exactly new). It's a clip from a Bollywood movie. Yes, I mean the films where they always start singing and dancing in the strangest situations. Anyway, this video is double fun. Someone took the original video of the song "Kalluri Vaanil" and added subtitles. Well, and that person doesn't speak one word Tamil (some kind of indian language), which is actually sung.
It's like a game of "tell me something in your language and I'll tell you what I think you mean".
The second reason for the fun factor of this vid is the dancing. There is one scene where Prabhu Deva (the singer) shakes his head in some hilarious way. I have to watch it again and again. Damn funny!

The vid of "Kalluri Vaanil" is not the only one by the "translator". He or she also took the German song "Moskau" (by Dschingis Khan). That's one cult song in Germany, we even sang it in music lessons at school. And now I see, what someone may hear when listening to it. Muahahahaha!
